How to Request Cole County Birth Certificates

Cole County residents and anyone else requesting a Cole County birth record have several options. The most direct is walking in to either the Cole County Health Department or the Bureau of Vital Records, both in Jefferson City. Both offices charge $15 for the first certified copy and $11 for each additional copy of the same record ordered at the same time.
